Sustainability Lineup, a product of One Small Step LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates sustainabilitylineup.com, a curated conference directory for sustainability professionals. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

We keep it simple: we collect only what we need, we don't sell your data, and you can opt out anytime.

Information we collect

We collect information in two ways:

• Newsletter subscriptions — when you subscribe to The Lineup digest, we collect your email address.
• Form submissions — when you contact us, suggest an event, or submit a sponsorship inquiry, we collect your name, email address, and any details you provide in the form.

We do not collect any information automatically beyond standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) which are retained briefly for security and diagnostic purposes.

How we use your information

• Email address (newsletter) — used solely to send The Lineup digest. We will never use it for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
• Contact and inquiry forms — used to respond to your message. We do not add form submitters to any mailing list without consent.
• Event suggestions — used to review and potentially add events to the directory. We may follow up with you about your suggestion.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate Sustainability Lineup:

Your rights

• Unsubscribe — every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time.

Sustainability Lineup does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider (Netlify) may set functional cookies necessary for site operation.
